All insights, scores, and roadmaps are provided for informational and strategic assessment purposes only and do not constitute formal legal, financial, or tax advice.
2. Accuracy of Scores & Automated Projections
Your Digital Readiness Score, category breakdowns, and AI prototype frameworks are calculated algorithmically based on self-reported inputs and automated telemetry scans. While Digitvilla uses industry-standard benchmarks, we make no express guarantees that adopting the recommendations will immediately produce specific revenue, SEO ranking, or commercial outcomes without dedicated execution and certified consulting.
3. Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity
Users agree to utilize this system in good faith. You agree not to submit deceptive or malicious data, attempt automated scraping, reverse engineer algorithmic scoring logic, or circumvent security measures. Any unauthorized attempts to compromise or flood our diagnostic API endpoints will lead to immediate IP rate-limiting and administrative restriction.
4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
The 12-Pillar Engineâ„¢, scorecard layouts, UI components, diagnostic methodologies, branding, and generated report templates are the sole intellectual property of Digitvilla LLP. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and print your individual audit report for internal business operations.
